Born in Italy (Naples, 1987), he studied piano and composition at the Conservatories of Naples and Salerno with Antonio Traverso (piano) and Giancarlo Turaccio (composition).
He continued his education in composition at the HMDK in Stuttgart with Marco Stroppa and at the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in Rome with Ivan Fedele and Michelangelo Lupone (electronic music). He was awarded the Goffredo Petrassi Scholarship, granted by the President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella, and reserved for the most outstanding student of the Composition Course at the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, in recognition of excellent academic results, awards won, and significant artistic achievements in the two years prior to the award.

Throughout his training, important encounters with composers such as Helmut Lachenmann, Franck Bedrossian, Stefano Gervasoni, Mark Andre, Francesco Filidei, Tristan Murail, Pierluigi Billone, Salvatore Sciarrino, Magnus Lindberg, Azio Corghi, Liza Lim, and others were fundamental to his development.
His works have been performed and/or commissioned by the Deutsche Radio Philharmonie, KLK String Orchestra of Lviv, Ensemble Neue Musik, Ensemble Phace, Festival ArteScienza, Opificio Sonoro Ensemble, Concrète [Lab] Ensemble, Accademia Filarmonica Romana, Modena Contemporanea, Ensemble Forma Libera, Syntax Ensemble, Divertimento Ensemble, FontanaMix Ensemble, MotoContrario Ensemble, AchRome Ensemble, AST Quartet, Quatuor Sol, Eidos Trio, Kandinsky Ensemble, and by prominent soloists including Francesco D’Orazio, Maria Grazia Bellocchio, Dario Savron, Marina Boselli, Leonardo Pierdomenico, among many others.
His music has been broadcast by SR1 Radio Saarland, Rai Radio 3, Radio Cemat, RadiostART, and other stations.
He has received numerous awards in international competitions, including the Théodore Gouvy Prize from the Saar-Moselle Eurodistrict at the KomponistenWerkstatt 2023 in Saarbrücken (Germany) with his orchestral work Teleri (2022), which led to a new commission from the Deutsche Radio Philharmonie; an Honorable Mention at the 2nd Karol Szymanowski International Composition Competition for the solo violin piece Attraverso tutte le corde (2022); and First Prize at the 4th “A. Schnittke” Competition in Lviv (Ukraine) in 2019 with the string orchestra piece Ere di lontananza (2019).
In 2022, he released his first monographic album Solo and Chamber Music under the Aulicus Classics label, featuring works for solo instrument and ensemble composed between 2020 and 2021. In 2023, he founded Ensemble Theia in Salerno (Italy), alongside a group of performers dedicated to contemporary music and new languages, and currently serves as its Artistic Director.
His works from 2020 to 2023 are published by TEM – Taukay Musical Edition and Edizioni Stradivarius (Milan), while since 2023 they are published by Edizioni Suvini Zerboni – Sugarmusic Publishing (SZ Sugar).
He teaches Composition at the “U. Giordano” Conservatory in Foggia (Italy).
In addition to his musical studies, he holds a degree in Engineering.
